Fcukers announce their new single "Play me" out now on Ninja Tune & produced by Kenneth Blume (Kenny Beats). New headline dates announced across the UK and EU.

Fcukers, the band made up of Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis, have today released their latest single ‘Play Me’. It comes accompanied by an official video shot by Shanny, and alongside a slew of headline show announcements including stops in London, Manchester, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and more, taking place this Autumn/Fall.
‘Play Me’, which was co-written and produced by Kenneth Blume (FKA Kenny Beats), has already become a cornerstone of the band’s recent live and DJ shows. A high-energy, peak-time moment that has had audiences bouncing from first listen.
The duo were already one of the most talked-about new bands when they released their 2024 EP ‘Baggy$$’. With singles like “Bon Bon” and “Homie Don’t Shake” in contention for numerous ‘Song of the Summer’ accolades, support for the release came from the likes of the New York Times, Pitchfork, NY Mag, and many more.
In the 12 months since, the band – and accolades – have shown no signs of slowing down. Fcukers were named by Zane Lowe in his list of “25 for 2025” artists, included in Rolling Stone’s “Future 25” in their Future of Music Issue, and named as one of the “10 musicians to watch in 2025” by international media outlets. Most recently, they were cited them alongside the likes of Magdalena Bay, 2hollis and horsegiirL as “The Musicians Getting Gen Z Offline & Into the Crowd”, a nod to the band’s reputation for their riotous live shows.
It’s been nothing short of a meteoric rise for the band. Going from selling-out their first official gig at NYC’s 280-cap Baby’s Alright, to more recently supporting the likes of LCD Soundsystem as part of their huge 12-night NYC residency, Dom Dolla at the 20k-capacity Madison Square Gardens, Justice at Red Rocks, and Disclosure and Confidence Man on their respective tours.
They have also been asked to soundtrack parties by Celine, where they were handpicked by Hedi Slimane, the opening of Louis Vuitton’s '100 years in NYC' store in Manhattan (alongside Mike D of Beastie Boys), and DJ at Charli XCX’s private Coachella afterparty.
Keeping up their breakneck pace in 2025, their summer has so far been spent taking tents, stages and venues across the world by storm: packing out their slots at Glastonbury, with their set also broadcast in full by the BBC, and "Bon Bon" featured on the BBC’s “Must Watch Tracks”, Coachella, Primavera and more.
They return to the UK, EU and US for headline shows later this year including London’s Colour Factory. The band will also be playing a special back-to-back event with The Dare at Knockdown Center’s The Ruins on Saturday July 26th.
