NoИ Project is the musical project of singer, songwriter, electronic music producer Lois that mixes different styles as experimental pop, psychedelic rock, triphop, R&B soul and experimental electronic music.

Her music is a result of a solo project born from a long journey into the intimate world of the artist that experienced a constantly changing context, due to a life lived in many different cities, that contributed to the influences of different musical styles.

This month she released her new track Quero a vida sempre assim, an electronic track inspired by a "Corcovado" song by Antonio Carlos Jobim, The voice is interpreted by Lois and the guitar

by Carlos Almaral for their Jazz Psychodelic Project called "Room 101".

Lois studied jazz singing, since 15 and been part of a rock and trip-hop band for a while before to start to develop her own project.
The voice, then the guitar, then the computer: this musical formation was the result of an extensive “nomadic life” where the possibility to establish a band with other musicians was every time less likely.

The computer meant the access to infinite instruments. Each song is the result of a journey….
The musical references are very various: from the queens of jazz, soul, blues and folk like Nina Simone, to Trip-hop bands like Portishead, Lamb and Massive Attack to experimental

electronic country of the Coco Rosie’s sisters, and the many bands and artists of the

psychedelic ‘60s, the modal jazz of Miles Davisthe avant-garde psychedelic rock of John Frusciante, the post-punk, punk-blues and alternative rock of Nick Cave and Pj Harvey

and the alternative rock/electronic artists such as Thom Yorke or MùM, Trentmoller and

Moderat where voice and instruments are mixed with minimal electronic music.
